The 2025 World Standards Day, themed “Shared vision for a better world: spotlight on SDG 17 – Partnerships for the goals” has been celebrated at the Oti Regional Coordinating Council (ORCC). The day which falls on the 14th day of October every year was celebrated with a workshop. The workshop which was organised by the Oti Regional Office of the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA), saw representatives of various government agencies, departments and trade organisations in attendance. They included the ORCC, Krachi East Municipal Authority (KEMA), Ghana Health Service (GHS), Food and Drugs Authority (FDA), Environmental Health and Sanitation Unit (EHSU), Ghana Enterprises Agency (GEA), Fisheries Commission, Land Use and Spatial Planning Authority (LUSPA), Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA), Department of Social Welfare, Hairdressers Association, Dressmakers Association and Yam Sellers Association of Dambai.
