The Oti Regional Minister, Hon. John Kwadwo Gyapong, on Tuesday, 18th November 2025, joined Directors and key officers from various departments and agencies at the Bosatsu Conference Hall in Dambai for the regional training and setup on the Electronic Salary Payment Voucher (ESPV) Administration System.
The training brought together Regional and District Directors, Internal Auditors, and payroll management officers as part of ongoing national efforts to strengthen efficiency and transparency in public sector salary administration.
