On Tuesday the 8th of February 2024, a meeting was convened at the Oti Regional Coordinating Council chaired by the Regional Minister, Hon. Joshua Makubu and attended by the Chief Director, Issaka Braimah Basintalele, Municipal/District Chief Executives and Heads of Departments and Units of the Oti Regional Co-ordinating Council (ORCC) to witness the signing of the Performance Contract by the MDCEs and MDCDs.
